While it’s a very gentle, non-invasive treatment, it isn't suitable for everyone.
We will need to avoid or adapt the treatment if you have active, inflamed acne (with open pustules), sunburn, open wounds, active eczema or psoriasis on the face, or an active cold sore.
It is also not suitable if you are pregnant/ breastfeeding or have a known allergy to any botanical ingredients, acids such a salicylic acid, shellfish and aspirin.

Not at all! In fact, most clients find it really relaxing. The exfoliation step feels like a light, gritty paintbrush moving across your face, and the extraction step feels like a cool, gentle suction. There are no needles and no painful manual squeezing involved.

There is zero downtime, so you can get straight back to your day looking beautifully fresh-faced. For the first 24–48 hours, we just ask that you protect your new glow by skipping heavy makeup, avoiding intense heat (like saunas, hot showers, or sweaty workouts), staying off active retail skincare (like retinols or acids), and, of course, wearing your daily SPF!
