Nope. Many of our treatments can be booked directly. For advanced services like microneedling or chemical peels, we may ask you to book a quick pre- treatment consult so we can check your skin’s ready. But for facials, hydrofacials and dermaplaning, book right in!

Life happens- we get it. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or schedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the treatment cost and any deposits and pre paid packages paid are non refundable.

t depends on the treatment, but generally very little! For microneedling and peels, you might experience some mild redness (like a light sunburn) or slight flaking for 24 to 48 hours. We’ll give you full aftercare advice at your appointment to ensure your skin heals beautifully and quickly.

For the first 24 to 48 hours, try to avoid heavy sweating (skip the intense gym sessions or saunas), direct sun exposure, and using strong active ingredients at home like Retinol, Vitamin C, or exfoliating acids. Oh, and always wear your SPF!

You pay a set monthly fee, which grants you a regular treatment every month at a discounted rate, plus exclusive perks and product discounts. There’s no long-term contract—you can manage your membership easily.

While you’ll walk out with an instant glow after just one facial, real structural changes to the skin (like clearing acne scars, reducing pigmentation, or softening fine lines) usually take a progressive course of 3 to 6 treatments, spaced a few weeks apart.

Many are, but some aren't! Treatments like Dermaplaning and certain hydrating facials are completely safe and great for that "pregnancy glow." However, we avoid microneedling and certain chemical peels (like salicylic acid) during pregnancy. Just let us know when booking so we can tailor the ingredients to keep you and baby safe.
